Chocolate Chia Flax Seed Pudding
Ingredients
8 fl oz. (240ml) oat milk
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 serving chocolate portein poweder
140g chia seeds
0.35 oz. (10g) ground flaxseed (linseed)
50g blueberries
Method
Add all ingredients except blueberries to a jar. Shake or stir until fully combined.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight, until thickened.
Stir well before serving. Divide into bowls and top with blueberries.
