I’m a keen marathon runner and have completed eighteen marathons worldwide. I also have a Distinction in the Certificate in Sports Nutrition from the Centre of Integrative Sports Nutrition so I’m experienced to help athletes of all levels (from enthusiastic amateurs to professionals) to eat better, feel better and perform better.

Race Day Package - I offer one-off consultations online or in person. Your consultation will cover race day advice on fuelling and hydration pre, during and post event. I can also advise on equipment, mindset and your race strategy. This is a very personalised consultation to fit round what you want from it.

Optimum Performance Package - This package offers a deep dive into your nutrition and training to ignite your performance, help you avoid injury, unlock your potential and achieve your goals, whatever they may be. This can include fat loss and weight management, as well as specific workout and race nutrition, and recovery recommendations. I fully analyse your diet and recommend the right balance of macronutrients (carbs, protein and healthy fats) for you, your body and your lifestyle. This package includes:

  • one x 45 minute consultation;

  • 3 x half-hour consultations, usually spread over three to six months, depending on your needs;

  • race day advice;

  • recipes, supplement and testing recommendations (if appropriate).
