Green goodness smoothie
Lots of green goodies and a zingy hit of ginger
Serves: 1
Ingredients
- 1 apple 
- 1 avocado 
- juice of 1 lime 
- handful of spinach 
- 1/2 cucumber 
- good grating of ginger 
- 1 serving of collagen or protein powder 
Method
Blitz all the ingredients in a blender with 200ml water and enjoy!
