High-Protein Breakfast Waffles

Serves 4 | 15 Minutes

Ingredients

4 large eggs

1 lb. (450g) cottage cheese

I portion unfavoured or vanilla protein powder (optional)

4.2 oz. (120g) rolled oats

1 tsp. baking powder

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients and 1 tsp olive oil into a blender, then blend until completely smooth. Set the waffle batter aside for 5 minutes while the waffle iron is preheating.

  2. Brush the waffle iron with a little of the olive oil. Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook until the waffles are golden brown, cooking time will vary depending on your waffle iron.

  3. Serve immediately.

  4. Serve with your favorite toppings.
