Peanut butter protein balls
A super easy healthy snack to share with friends and family or perfect pre or post a workout!
Ingredients
- 50g oats, ground into a flour in a blender 
- 70g almond flour 
- 125g peanut butter 
- 150g chicory root syrup 
- 60g chocolate protein powder 
- 3 tablespoons sunflower/crushed pumpkin/sesame seeds 
- 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder (if you like them really chocolatey like me!) 
Method
- Combine all the ingredients. 
- Roll into balls to fit mini cake cases, decorating half of them with more sesame seeds if desired. 
- Put in the fridge for a couple of hours (or the freezer for at least 20 minutes) then enjoy!
