Peanut butter protein balls
A super easy healthy snack to share with friends and family or perfect pre or post a workout!
Ingredients
50g oats, ground into a flour in a blender
70g almond flour
125g peanut butter
150g chicory root syrup
60g chocolate protein powder
3 tablespoons sunflower/crushed pumpkin/sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder (if you like them really chocolatey like me!)
Method
Combine all the ingredients.
Roll into balls to fit mini cake cases, decorating half of them with more sesame seeds if desired.
Put in the fridge for a couple of hours (or the freezer for at least 20 minutes) then enjoy!
