Avocado green smoothie
A protein-packed, energising smoothie, perfect pre or post workout
Serves: 1
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado 
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (light) or unsweetened almond milk 
- 1 cucumber (skin on) 
- 2 tablespoons of flaxseed 
- 1 scoop of protein powder/collagen (if desired) 
- 1 small apple 
- Unsweetened almond milk 
Method
Blitz all the ingredients together in a blender. I like my smoothies thick but if you prefer yours less so, just add water to get desired consistency. Enjoy!
