Berry and cottage cheese smoothie
Serves: 1
Ingredients
- 1 cup of coconut milk (light) or unsweetened almond milk 
- 1 cup of frozen or mixed berries 
- 1 cup of cottage cheese 
Method
Blitz all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy! If this is a post workout smoothie, add some electrolytes to help with rehydration.
