Easy salmon in a bag
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets 
- 2 teaspoon of grated ginger 
- Gluten-free soy sauce 
- 4 spring onions (chopped) 
- 1 red pepper (chopped) 
- Olive oil 
Method
- Put salmon fillet in its own piece of baking/parchment paper. 
- Drizzle with one tablespoon of olive oil. 
- Add all the ingredients. 
- Fold up the paper to make a parcel. 
- Cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes. 
- Serve with steamed green vegetables plus brown basmati rice.
