Crispy herby cod
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 4 fillets of cod (or other white fish) 
- ½ cup of almond flour 
- 1 cup coconut flour 
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese 
- 3 teaspoons of mixed herbs 
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 
- 1 cup of milk 
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil 
Method
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. 
- Dip the fish into the milk and then the dry ingredients until covered. 
- Place on an oven dish greased with 2 tablespoons of olive oil 
- Drizzle the remaining oil over the fish. 
- Cook at 200 degrees C/180 degrees C fan / gas 6 for twenty to 30 minutes or until the cod is cooked.
